Whoever fails in their duty must bear the consequences; whoever falls short must be held accountable.
The Group's Discipline Inspection Commission will continue to strengthen oversight of discipline and conduct, uphold the underlying tone of strictness, and deal severely and without leniency with any inaction, slow action, reckless action, or behavior that crosses red lines. Managers at all levels must constantly examine and alert themselves, treat discipline as a live 'high-voltage line,' use the rigidity of institutions to guarantee execution efficiency, and use uncompromising accountability to force implementation. Solid work is the best proof. Talking only about discipline without doing the work is empty rhetoric; doing the work without regard for discipline is lax. Discipline and solid work are never in conflict - the stricter the discipline, the stronger the fighting capacity; the truer the work, the greater the results. Discipline is the bottom line; whoever touches it must bear responsibility. Solid work is the answer: only brilliance that is earned through action, never glory that is awaited.
